Reuben J. Pettiford, MPA, President/Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Pettiford is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Circle Family HealthCare Network. Mr. Pettiford has more than 16 years experience working in all aspects of community health centers and has gained a thorough understanding of the business. Mr. Pettiford brings a wealth of experience in all aspects of community health centers and community development.
Formerly CEO of two Health Centers in Michigan, Reuben successfully forged a new strategic direction in their growth. He believes everyone deserves the right to affordable, quality health care and social services. He is an effective leader with a keen ability to develop new programs and services. Reuben has a highly motivational, developmental and collaborative leadership style, which adds to CFHCN’s existing team.
 
Bruce Peoples, M.D., Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Peoples is a dedicated physician who has a strong commitment to serving the community and its residents. His expertise in the area of Family Health is exceptional. He has compassion for his clients and is a source of strength to their families. Dr. Peoples is dedicated to providing exceptional health care to all.
Dr. Peoples held the position of Director of Senior Services at Mount Sinai Medical Center before joining Circle Family Care 5 years ago. In November 2006, he was appointed Interim Medical Director, and he was appointed Medical Director in July 2007. He is presently on the medical staff of West Suburban, Oak Park and Mac Neal Hospitals. He is a member of the American Medical Association, American College of Physicians and the Illinois State Medical Society. Dr. Peoples is a practicing Internist at Circle Family HealthCare Network.
 
Joyce Tate MPA, Chief Operating Officer
Mrs. Joyce Tate recently joined CFHCN in October 2007 as its new Chief Operating Officer. Mrs. Tate is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a B.S. in Dental Hygiene and has her Masters in Public Administration with a concentration in Health Care Administration from Western Michigan University.
Mrs. Tate has over 20 years progressive experience working in various capacities in Public/Community Health and has also served as an adjunct professor and administratively in the higher education sector.
 
Patrick C. Nwaezeigwe, MBA, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Nwaezeigwe has worked in various levels of management, and has proven to be a result-oriented professional. His level of dedication and attention to detail will help move CFHCN to the next level. Strong experience in direct retrieval of lost revenue, preparation of financial statements, reconciliation of revenue and expense, coordination of internal audits, and preparation of monthly and annual budgets, has already paid huge dividends.
 
Michael E. Patterson, Sr., BA , VP of Administration
Mr. Patterson leads all aspects of work as VP of Administration for Circle Family HealthCare Network (CFHCN) since July 2005. Mr. Patterson is responsible for Human Resource Management as well as the key administrative resource for the organization including, Corporate Compliance, Risk and Safety Management and HIPPA.
