Community Health Services provides comprehensive medical care including pediatric, adolescent and adult doctor's appointments, triage, walk-in, 24-hour urgent care and in-patient hospital care. On a daily basis, Circle Family Care's medical health professionals are caring for the community on every level in our family practice health centers. Services include child wellness care, prenatal, birthing and women's health care, elderly care, HIV/AIDS counseling & treatment, immunizations, health screenings and health education.
Our medical services are delivered by caring physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, counselors, and case managers. Our staff responds to the needs of the community immediately and personally. Our providers are interested in building long-term doctor-patient relationships and offer expert, compassionate care to individuals at every level of need.
