How can I pay my bill? *We offer multiple ways for you to pay your bill.* By Phone: You can pay your balance by credit card: Call the number listed on your billing statement and ask to speak to one of our Patient Financial Services Representatives –Monday-Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express. You may charge any payment by utilizing one of these credit cards. We can also take this information over the phone by calling 773-379-1000. By Mail: You can mail a check, money order or credit card information using the return envelope provided with the statements and letters.
